You can't beat it for the price. I've paid 10x's as much for lesser books. I recommend this to anyone looking for a diet book.
This book is a must-have for anyone on the Paleo food plan. Great way to convert old favorite recipes into a version that drops all processed foods and replaces them with ingredients which are wholesome and natural. LOVE the spice combinations. Haven't tried the kelp noodles featured in one recipe yet, but can't wait to go find those at the market to incorporate those. Recipes are clear and easy to understand. Great ideas in here!
